Billing Privacy
Billing and Payment Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Technasurge LLC handles billing-related information for hosting billing, automatic recurring payments, invoices, billing communications, payment-method management, Stripe Checkout, and Stripe Customer Portal.
Information Technasurge May Collect
Billing records may include client company name, billing contact name, billing email, billing address when received, hosting plan, subscription status, invoice records, payment status, transaction identifiers, payment dates, amounts, currency, limited card details when Stripe provides them, billing consent timestamp and version, portal and enrollment activity, security and technical logs, and communication preferences.
Payment-Card Information
Full card information is entered into Stripe-hosted payment interfaces. Stripe processes and stores sensitive payment credentials. Technasurge does not intentionally receive or store the full card number and does not store CVC values. Technasurge may receive limited billing metadata from Stripe, such as card brand, last four digits, payment status, transaction IDs, invoice links, and payment dates.
How Billing Information Is Used
- Enroll clients in hosting billing and process recurring charges.
- Create and deliver invoices, receipts, failed-payment notices, and billing-service updates.
- Provide billing support, prevent duplicate processing, and maintain accounting and audit records.
- Secure the billing system, handle disputes, meet legal obligations, and send optional improvement recommendations when permitted.
Service Providers
Technasurge uses Stripe for payment processing and Stripe-hosted billing experiences. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Technasurge may also use Resend for email delivery and service providers that support website hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, and operation of the billing system.
Transactional and Marketing Communications
Transactional billing messages include enrollment messages, invoices, payment receipts, failed-payment notices, security notices, and billing-service updates. Optional marketing content may include website improvement recommendations, product or service announcements, or promotional offers. Marketing consent is optional and separate from recurring-payment authorization. Opting out of marketing does not prevent required transactional billing messages.
Retention and Security
Billing, transaction, invoice, audit, and tax-related records may be retained as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and enforcement of agreements. Technasurge uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be promised to be absolutely secure.
Privacy Choices and Contact
Clients may request access, correction, billing-contact updates, marketing opt-out, or other privacy-related assistance. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Contact Technasurge LLC at info@technasurge.com or 267-890-7030.
